Request permanent deletion of your account and data

⚠️ Important Information

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your deletion request is processed, you will lose access to all your data and will not be able to recover it.

Please ensure you have exported any data you wish to keep before proceeding.

What happens when you delete your account?

Data that will be deleted immediately:

  • Your profile information (name, email)
  • All food logs and descriptions
  • Uploaded food photos and labels
  • Nutrition tracking data
  • App preferences and settings
  • Usage analytics tied to your account

Data retention:

  • Anonymized usage statistics may be retained for up to 90 days for service improvement
  • Payment transaction records may be retained as required by law
  • Support conversation history may be retained for up to 1 year

How to request account deletion

Step 1: Sign in to your account

You must be signed in with your Google account to request deletion.

Step 2: Submit deletion request

Use the form below to submit your deletion request. We'll send a confirmation email to verify your identity.

Step 3: Confirmation

Your account will be deleted within 30 days of request submission. You'll receive email confirmation once deletion is complete.
